Where are Mooods pieces manufactured?

We partner with specialized producers in China, a region that holds the world’s most advanced expertise in technical lingerie construction.

Manufacturing there allows us to access high-quality fabrics and intricate detailing—like our daring cut designs and complex embroidery—that would be cost-prohibitive elsewhere. By working directly with these experts, we ensure that every piece meets our standards for fit and durability without passing unnecessary "luxury" markups onto you. We choose our partners for their skill, not their scale.

How do you ensure quality?

We are a small boutique run by real people. We aren't interested in becoming a fast-fashion giant; we care about the individual experience. Every piece is chosen for its materials and presence, and every order is hand-checked before it leaves us. We prioritize you, not mass volume.

Do you offer inclusive sizing?

We select styles that celebrate different body types, including feminine and masculine silhouettes. Because sizing varies between unique designs, we recommend the size guide on each product page. Many of our pieces feature adjustable elements to help you find your perfect fit.

Where do you ship from?

Mooods is creatively directed from our office in Italy, with all international fulfillment handled through our partners in China.

We utilize China’s logistics infrastructure because it is the most advanced and transparent in the world. This allows us to maintain a flat $7 shipping rate with all duties paid, avoiding the inflated costs and regional bottlenecks of traditional Western shipping. Our partners stay in direct contact with international couriers throughout the journey, providing a level of tracking and oversight that ensures your order arrives reliably and directly to your door.

When will I get my order?

You can expect your pieces to arrive within 8–16 business days. We view the journey in two parts:

  • The First 48 Hours (Curation): We aren't a warehouse that simply moves boxes. We spend the first two days checking every seam and hand-packing your order to ensure everything is perfect before it leaves us.
  • The Journey (Transit): Once dispatched, your package moves through our global network and arrives at your door in 6–14 business days.

The moment your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its path in real-time.

Is the packaging discreet?

Absolutely. All orders arrive in neutral, unbranded outer packaging — no logos and no indication of the contents. Your privacy is protected from our door to yours.

Inside, your pieces are carefully presented in our signature silky storage bags, perfect for safekeeping or gifting, and placed within durable, hard carton boxes to ensure they arrive in impeccable condition.

Can I change my shipping details?

Yes. Please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can update your information before the package is dispatched.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your delivery fails, we provide a 100% refund—no proof required. Trust is the foundation of our boutique.

Can I cancel my order?

We move quickly to get your pieces into curation, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

If you have a change of heart, please contact us here as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been processed for shipment yet, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund—no questions asked.

However, once a package has been handed over to our couriers and is on its way to you, we can no longer stop the journey. In that case, you’ll need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our return process to send it back to us.

How can I return my order?

If a piece isn't the right fit for your mood, the process is simple. First, reach out to us here with your order number. We’ll have a quick look at the details and provide you with the correct return address.

From there, you’ll just need to send the items back to us in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. As a small boutique, we don’t provide pre-paid return labels, so you can choose whichever courier you trust most to handle the journey. Once the package arrives and we’ve checked that everything is perfect, we’ll process your refund immediately.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We operate on the Shopify platform, which is globally recognized for its uncompromising security standards. Shopify’s infrastructure ensures that every transaction is encrypted and monitored to prevent fraud, meaning your payment is handled with the highest level of protection available today.

We never see or store your full card details. We simply provide the secure space for you to complete your purchase using trusted methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

What will show up on my bank statement?

To keep things simple and streamlined, the transaction will appear as mooods on your bank statement.
