1. The Intimacy Standard (Hygiene)
To honor the well-being of our community and adhere to international health regulations, intimate apparel is handled with the highest care.

The Condition: For a return to be accepted, items must be in their original, pristine condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Exemptions: For your protection, pieces with broken hygiene seals or opened packaging cannot be returned unless the error is ours.
2. When the Error is Ours (Full Coverage)
If your experience was affected by a mistake on our part, we take full responsibility to restore the mood.

Our Coverage: We provide a 100% refund or immediate replacement and cover all shipping costs if you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item. In these cases, you will not be charged.
3. Choosing a New Mood (Standard Exchanges)
If you simply wish to explore a different style or size:

Shipping: We believe in a shared journey. For your initial order, you contribute a flat $7 towards shipping, while we cover the remaining balance to bring our world to your door. If you decide to exchange a piece for a "change of mind," we simply ask that you handle the shipping path back to our atelier.

Timeline: Once your original piece arrives at our Roma atelier and passes inspection, your new selection will be dispatched within 10-14 business days.
4. Your Step-by-Step Return Path

Initiate: Reach out via our Contact Form. Our concierge will request a few photos to verify the item’s condition; we typically approve requests within 48 hours.

5. Reimbursement
Refunds flow back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days following inspection. Our support team is here for you 7 days a week (10am – 5pm CET) via email to guide you through every step.
